  I joined UMAC kickboxing thinking this would be just another gym I’d go to for a bit, then get bored and keep paying my monthly fee and never go. I WAS SO WRONG. Everyday I go I’m never bored I’m excited to get there and get going. It honestly changed the way I felt about everything. UMAC Kickboxing has been the only thing that has changed my mind about working out. I tell everyone I talk to about how much I love it I’m sure people are sick of hearing about it. I highly recommend you join this high energy, confidence boosting, amazing workout.
  There are enough classes that it never feels crowded. The instructors are all motivating, the music blasting keeps the air buzzing with energy, and every person in there is there with the same reason so you never feel intimidated. They way this gym is ran it makes you feel part of the family in the craziest best way possible!
