  Customer Service over the phone is no where near acceptable. Called recently to set an appointment and was blantly asked "Wadda you want"? May be acceptable to some but not to me. Need to remember that without good customer service, you will run customers away just like me. Oh BTW, I was a return customer just looking for a yearly checkup...AMF!

  My family has been very happy with the friendly service at Warwick Optical.Today, Manny the owner, was able to squeeze me in for a last minute eye exam with Karen Newman the optometrist. After a new prescription, I ordered contacts, new lenses for old glasses and sunglasses.
